Joan – Technical & Sports Manager
Responsible for the technical and sports direction of the event. He oversees the design and validation of the route, coordinates security on each segment, and ensures the best possible experience for the teams throughout the entire course.
Pablo – Brand & Communications Manager
Responsible for the brand identity and communication strategy of the event. Oversees the marketing plan, coordinates content creation and strategic partnerships (ambassadors), and ensures that the essence of the race connects with and inspires the running community at every touchpoint.
Irene – Institutional Relations & Permits Manager
Key liaison between the organization and public administrations. She manages permits and authorizations with local authorities, ensuring the route’s full legal and regulatory compliance.
Arnau – Accounting & Customer Service
Responsible for accounting management and direct participant support. He handles financial administration and resolves inquiries to ensure runners always feel supported.
Jája – Media & PR, Company Teams (Vltava Run)
Master of communication and organization. First contact for media and partners, ensuring all runners and collaborators from Vltava Run are satisfied.
Květa – Race Productions Partners (Vltava Run)
Heart and soul of Vltava Run. Her experience and dedication ensure the race runs smoothly, from planning to the start line.
Láďa – Technical & Production Manager (Vltava Run)
Responsible for Vltava Run’s technical production. Ensures smooth logistics and is always available to solve any issues.
